Col Vetoraz, Veneto
The sweetest of our selection from Col Vetoraz, this has all the elegance and freshness of the estate's other spumante Proseccos but a honeysuckle fruitiness that works particularly convivially with light desserts - meringues, fruit tarts etc, when you just don't want the weight of a passito or the sickliness of a moscato cloying your taste buds at the end of a meal.
