Italian Fine Dining

With Julie Platania of Kitchen Secrets, we will organise a bespoke Italian Fine Dining experience for you and your friends/family or colleagues. Raised in Sicily and as convivial and competent a chef as you could hope to find outside her homeland, Julie has a wealth of experience in catering, latterly as head and then executive chef of William Norris, one of London’s most exclusive events organisers. Together we will create a seasonal menu based on the gastronomy of one of the following top wine regions:

• Piemonte
• Trentino & Alto-Adige
• The Veneto & Friuli
• Tuscany

Just pick an area whose wines and cuisine you wish to sample and let us do the rest; pairing local fine wines and traditional dishes to offer you an authentic taste of your chosen region.

Prices start at £100 per person for four courses and wine, including tutoured fine wine pairing throughout.
