Very Light Breakfast!
Leisurely morning tour round those bits of Florence those of you who are out of bed wish to see (Giardino di Boboli, Pitti Palace, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Santa Croce etc) Drive early pm to Chianti to visit Roberto Cavalli's Super-Tuscan Estate in Panzano.
Wine Tasting Dinner: Albergaccio, Castellina (Michelin-Starred and incredible presentation)
Accommodation: Albergo Columbaio
3rd day
Morning visit to Castellare (the region’s top Chianti producer) for a Tasting (to clear the head)
Afternoon visit to San Gimignano and or Siena (depending on group preference)
Dinner: Compagnia dei Vinattieri
Accommodation: Palazzo Ravizza, Siena
4th day
Morning visit to wonderful and very traditional Mastrojanni Brunello Estate in Montalcino
Lunch in town
Afternoon visit to Balzini Estate in Barberino Val D’Elsa (emerging new Super-Tuscan producer)
Seasonal extras: Castellina Wine Fair (June) Afternoon spent sampling different local produce and wines Wild Boar Hunting at Luriano (December and January)
